Thank you, sponsors, guests, volunteers, and chair artisans, for making our tenth A Chair Affair an amazing and memorable evening!

We’re thrilled to announce that over $225,000 was raised at A Chair Affair 2012! This event benefits programs and services for youth at Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, and we are honored by your support.

Over 500 people attended the high-energy SOLD OUT masquerade ball and enjoyed live and silent auctions of fantastic chairs; unique experiences and local treasures; a photo booth by Olive Juice Studios; a wine wall raffle and other fun raffle events; fabulous dining from the Rochester International Event Center; and a moving story of success from Ty Kunkel-Billig, our Youth of the Year.

Thank you to our generous sponsors who are committed to making GREAT FUTURES for the youth of Rochester. And thank you to all our attendees – you looked fabulous in your masks and formal wear! We appreciate your support of our event and Club.

We’ll see you next year at A Chair Affair 2013!

A Chair Affair features hand-decorated chairs individually designed by local artists and a few nationwide – for an auction benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Minnesota.

This year marks the 10th Annual A Chair Affair. Since 2002, A Chair Affair has become the signature Gala for the community of Rochester. The funds raised by this unique event have enabled the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester to achieve its mission: to empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as a productive, responsible, and caring community member.
